1 Michelin Star Chef Roland Chanliaud
Amuse Bouche: Ceasar Salad, Carrot and Yogurt soaked in Celery Roots juice.The carrot was so delicately done it felt like an egg yolk in my mouth.
The Harbour Grill restaurant at the Hilton Singapore flew in 1 Michelin Star Chef Roland Chanliaud from Burgundy.He owns Restaurant Le Jardin des Remparts in Beaune. At Sing $85 for their 4 course lunch it was the most affordable Michelin lunch so far.
